If you as an asylum seeker have difficulties applying for your passport, please do not hesitate to contact us.

By working closely with “Drajee Law Firm” we support you with the following applications:

  • Your Pakistani passport
  • The NADRA – NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis)
  • The CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
  • The POC (Pakistan Origin Card)
  • The CRC (Children Registration Certificat e)
  • The FRC (Family Registration Certificate)
  • The Succession Certificate issued by NADRA

In case of naturalization , we support you in applying for the renunciation of your Pakistani nationality at the Pakistani Consulate in Frankfurt or the Embassy in Berlin.

If you are asked to have your Pakistani civil status documents corrected in a current visa procedure at the German Embassy or other authorities in Pakistan (e.g. correction of the name, date of birth, your own address or that of your parents, late registration procedure, court decision to obtain a late registration procedure, etc.), this can be done by our partner firm.

We also advise Pakistani companies on business transactions in Germany as well as German companies that want to cooperate with Pakistani companies or want to open a further mainstay in Pakistan.
